I share insights on leadership for a happy life! I teach leadership and communication studies at a university.

“Leadership” is essential for everyone striving for a fulfilling life. In today’s world, leadership isn’t about standing above others—it’s about taking ownership of situations and effectively building teams.

I make leadership theory and the latest research easy to understand, even for those who might be wondering, “What is leadership?”—because leadership is actually deeply connected to our everyday lives.
